This article ( and lots of video on You Tube about it) touches on the “sneakiness and craftiness” of substances taking over your life as well as a parent’s struggle on how to help.
If you have the time, this is a really detailed article written in the New York Times that really gets into how CBD works, what to look for when acquiring, dos and don’ts …and particularly how it can help with epilepsy. It’s a long one but very interesting to read if you have the time!
